Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide exceptional service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
