Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security measures
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and general store maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in using store equipment and following company policies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous
