As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the Aldi team to enhance the customer shopping experience through exceptional service.

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling abilities
• Operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Interpret and apply company policies
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience a plus
