Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure document security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience as a plus.
