Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness in the store. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you'll uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. mindset and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Physical Demands

• Stock and organize merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Perform various physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and walking.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Skilled in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of following cleaning and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
