Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for stock management, cashier duties, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Performing cashiering, stocking, and cleaning tasks effectively.
• Collaborating with team members and store management.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Providing feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of lifting and stocking items up to 45 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
