Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store remains well-organized and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, operating the cash register, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with team members.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Capacity to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
