Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store appearance
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
