Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining store cleanliness and following policies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
