Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in the store's operations, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized space to ensure a top-notch customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in your daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-stocked shelves.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and security measures.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in delivering courteous customer service.
• Skilled in using a cash register and operating store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting and stocking products.
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compliance with state and local regulations on alcohol sales.
