Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and any issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and security measures
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in retail operations is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Capability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages following legal requirements
