Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the company's core values and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory monitoring and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely operating store equipment and following company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
