Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize discrepancies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment safely
• Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain communication
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
