Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized store environment while providing exceptional customer service. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct store inventory counts, and report issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
