We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the store maintains a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash handling policies.
• Follow company guidelines and execute assigned tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register accurately and handle equipment safely.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
