Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environment, and ensure merchandise displays are orderly.
• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, providing feedback on store operations.
• Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and following safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
