Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash procedures
- Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain confidentiality
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to provide courteous customer service
- Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Capable of performing general cleaning tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
