Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operates smoothly, from stocking product to providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Compliance with company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
