Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI, you will be responsible for a variety of in-store tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain tidy merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management by conducting regular counts and monitoring accuracy.
• Adhere to company cash policies and uphold established procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a well-kept store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred; prior retail experience is a plus.
