Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, clean, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a presentable store environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves neatly and merchandise displays
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
