Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
