We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing general cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
