Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in customer service and operational tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and ensure accuracy in stock counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service.
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
