Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-merchandised, stocked, and cleaned. As part of the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with team members, and contribute to maintaining the overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Safely operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
