Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a neat and welcoming environment while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking merchandise, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
