Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise, lifting up to 45 pounds, and general cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred, prior retail experience a plus.
