Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team and contribute to an enhanced shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory, and participate in store inventory counts

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and capability to work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience being an advantage
