Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. As a key member of the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in using equipment and performing general cleaning.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
