We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
