We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and collaborate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Skilled in using equipment like hand jacks, floor scrubbers, and following cleaning standards.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
