Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI! As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. Enhance the customer shopping experience by delivering exceptional customer service in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
