Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Follow company policies and maintain a clean store environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team setting.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
