Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves.
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take part in store inventory counts.
• Follow cash policies to prevent losses and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
