Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store conditions, and neatly organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate clearly with management, and offer feedback on products and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies, handle cash transactions securely, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
