Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operation and delivering excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies, ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following cleaning standards and company policies
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
