Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Position Type:

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, perform stocking duties, and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• High school diploma preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
