Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above
- Ability to offer prompt and friendly customer service
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Capability to use equipment and perform cleaning tasks
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
- Meet state and local alcohol handling requirements
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience advantageous
