Job Description

Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash policies
- Adhere to company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties
Physical Demands
- Stocking and organizing merchandise
- Physical activities including lifting, bending, and walking
- Ability to operate equipment and perform tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years
- Exceptional customer service and cash handling skills
- Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking capabilities
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Combination of education and experience
