Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory accuracy, and operational issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
