Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience. As a Store Associate, you will collaborate with the team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the operational efficiency of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Uphold company policies, security, and confidentiality standards.
• Execute general cleaning tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
