Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and monitoring.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
