Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and store maintenance
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all established company policies and maintain data security
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
