Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counting and follow cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt, courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Adherence to company policies, communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
