Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company procedures and uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of operating equipment and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
