Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professional competencies and customer service skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Operate cash registers efficiently and handle equipment safely

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
