Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
• Conduct inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Customer service and cash handling abilities
• Operational knowledge of equipment and cleaning procedures
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
