Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses through proper procedures.
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Experience in retail environment and general cleaning preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
