As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, interacting with customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to maintain a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Perform cashier duties, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to company policies
• Handle cash transactions following established procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately
• Skills in equipment operation and general cleaning
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is advantageous
