Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. This position offers competitive wages and benefits, including a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts according to guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
