Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, processing purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and follow cash handling policies.
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating store equipment and following cleaning standards.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
